Theresa Fay Corley

Theresa Fay Corley, 58, of Del Valle, passed away on July 28, 2021 at home. Theresa was born in Austin, Tx to William and Melba Grohman. She was a beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. The little things in life made her so happy. Spending time with her family was her favorite thing to do.

She enjoyed taking care of her plants, and watching the hummingbirds and deer from her bedroom window. Coca Cola was her drink of choice. She didn’t like the water, but she loved the beach. She loved to collect things from her favorite shows Supernatural and The Walking Dead. She was always so excited when she got something new in the mail to add to her collection. She loved going to festivals, and concerts.

Theresa is survived by her three children, son, Forest and wife Candice, son William, and daughter  Shawna and husband Mike. Parents, William and Melba. Sister Deanna and husband Steve, and sister Donna and husband Tom. She had 6 grandchildren that she loved dearly. Granddaughters Krimson and Leeah, and grandsons Kristiano, Breyden, Jordan, and Evin. She also loved her many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Family was everything to her. She was a one of a kind soul that can never be replaced or forgotten.

Theresa was preceded in death by her sidekick, Charlie.

The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers at this difficult time.

Visitation will be on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 4 to 7 pm at Providence Bastrop located at 2079 Hwy 71 East, Bastrop, Tx 78602. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 at 11 am at Oak Grove Cemetery located at 7901 Spicewood Springs Rd. Austin,Tx 78759.
