Teresa Lee Long, age 63, went home to be with her Lord on June 10, 2024. She was born on August 19, 1960, to Vernon R. and Ellen (Kimball) Hagan of Galena Park, TX. She loved raising her Rhodesian Ridgeback fur babies Jacobe, Rose & Winston. Teresa graduated from Galena Park High School in 1979. She played clarinet and twirled the baton in her high school band. She was a faithful member of the Wyldwood Baptist Church in Cedar Creek, TX where she sang in the choir and blessed others with her beautiful voice.

Teresa was preceded in death by her first husband Mark Dodson of Galena Park, TX, her parents, and sister-in-law Virginia Hagan. She is remembered by her husband of 35 years, Darrell Long of Bastrop, TX.  Brother and sister-in-law Tim and Jenelle Long; brothers, Jeff Debruil, Chip Hagan and Rusty Hagan. Aunt Peggy & Uncle Gene Isham, Uncle Jesse Kimball, Uncle Johnny & Aunt Sandy Kimball and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends in Texas, Florida and Michigan.  A viewing for Teresa will be on June 21, 2024 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, 2079 East Hwy 71 Bastrop, TX 78602.  A celebration of Teresa’s life will be held on June 22, 2024 at 11am with an hour visitation before at Wyldwood Baptist Church, 398 Union Chapel Rd. Cedar Creek, TX 78612 , with Pastor Mike Schwartz officiating.  Teresa loved the Lord and will be dearly missed.
