Steven Perez

Steven Perez, 58, of Bastrop passed away suddenly on July 18, 2020 in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Steven was born in Saginaw, Michigan on February 9, 1961 to Emma Corona and Francisco Perez.

He was a friendly and go lucky guy. He loved to travel the states and listening to music. Steve spent his last days traveling the states he loved, Arizona and Texas. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his loving mother, Emma Corona; two sisters: Irene (Francisco Javier) Luna and Kristina Perez; three brothers: Frank ( Aida) Perez, Albert Peter (Alyson) Perez and Fernando (Mary Ann) Perez; two step-sisters:  Gloria (Daniel) Villanova and Naomi ( Sam) Gomez; one step-brother, Ramon ( Sonia) Perez; two  aunts: Elida (William) Hernandez and Dolores Ramirez; one uncle, Albert (Carmen) Ramirez; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and his family of friends that he was known by and loved when and wherever he traveled.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Adela and Alberto Ramirez; father, Francisco Perez; stepfather, Tiburcio Corona; sister, Angelina Maria Perez; stepbrother, Michael Perez and uncle, Miguel Ramirez.

Visitation will be on Friday, July 31, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home 2079 Hwy 71 E, Bastrop, Texas. A Celebration of Steve's Life will follow visitation at 3:00 p.m. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home.
