It is with great sadness that the family of Rudy Galindo Jr. announces his passing on Friday, June 15, 2018 at the age of 39. Rudy Galindo Jr. was born on July 7, 1978, in Austin, Texas.Rudy lived his life loving and helping friends and strangers. Rudy was employed by Cortec Precision Sheet Metal in Round Rock, Texas. His hobbies included drawing, tattooing, working on his cars, his love for dogs, listening to music, and was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys. He will be remembered for his compassionate nature and the love he had for his family. Rudy had so much more to give to this world, and he will be greatly missed by everyone that knew him. Rudy was preceded in death by his brother Elijah Thomas Galindo; maternal grandfather Gilbert Estrada; maternal great grandfather Willie Garcia; paternal grandparents Ernesto and Esperanza Galindo; uncles Ray Garcia and David Galindo Rudy leaves to cherish his memories to his son Xavier Galindo; his mother Tammy Rebollar and stepfather Cenobio Rebollar; father Rudy Galindo and step mother Sherry Sedberry; siblings Margie Galindo, Christopher Rebollar and Noelani Rebollar; grandmother Ermina Estrada; great grandmother Francis Garcia; and many loving Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins. Rudy's smile will forever remain in our minds and hearts. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m., with recitation of the Holy Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 25, 2018, Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Catholic Mass will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2018, Ascension Catholic Church.
