Regina Elizabeth Mittmann

Regina Elizabeth Mittmann, age 63, of Dale, Texas passed away on November 21, 2020 in her home in Dale, Texas.

Regina Elizabeth Mittmann was born in Santa Monica, California to Charles and Regina Higginbotham on July 20, 1957.  She went to school at Citrus High School in Inverness, Florida. She was married to Robert Mittmann on April 20, 2002 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She graduated from College of the Mainland in Texas City, Texas. She worked as a Project Manager for Lighthouse Electrical Contractors for over 5 ½ years.

She enjoyed spending time floating the San Marcos River during the spring and summer months. One of her favorite places to be was sitting on the beach listening to the ocean waves crash on the sand.  She also enjoyed making handmade jewelry and handmade stained-glass artwork. She loved spending time with loved ones during the holidays.

Regina is survived by her children Allen Lang and Shannon Lang and her husband Edward Ybarra. Her sister Kathryn Higginbotham-Jones and her husband Marcus Jones. Her grandchildren Wes-Lee Lang, Austin Lang, Mary-Lynn Lang, Mackenzie Lang, Aaliyah Ybarra, and Izabel Ybarra. Nephew Zachariah Higginbotham and his wife Cheyenne Higginbotham and daughter Carter and niece Ragan Jones.

Regina is preceded in death by her Husband, Robert Mittmann, Father, Charles Higginbotham and Mother, Regina Higginbotham.

Visitation will be held at Bastrop Christian Outreach Center in Bastrop, Texas on December 12, 2020 from 12:00pm to 1:00pm, Memorial Services will follow from 1:00pm-3:00pm.
