Patricia Ann Stein

Patricia “Patsey” Stein, 76, of Cedar Creek, Texas, passed away on October 21, 2024 in Pflugerville, Texas.

Patricia was born in Austin, Texas on July 15, 1948 to William Walton and Marjorie Kastner.  Her mother soon re-married to John Nash, and her family relocated to several different duty stations but they eventually returned to Austin, Texas where she grew-up.

Patricia met her husband James Stein in Austin, Texas. They were married for thirty-nine years living in Austin, Texas and later moved to Cedar Creek, Texas. She retired from the State of Texas and became a home-maker.  She loved horses, enjoyed being at home, talking with her family and friends, shopping and giving gifts, sharing tacos and bakery treats, and watching her favorite television shows “Perry Mason” and “Murder She Wrote.”

Patricia is survived by her daughter Tammy Visage, and husband Jeff; her grandchildren Jordan and Michael Visage; her brother William “Billy” Nash and wife Nancy; niece Vickie and nephew Sean Nash.

She was preceded in death by her husband James Stein, her parents Marjorie (Kastner) Nash and John Nash.

Funeral services will be held graveside at 10:00 a.m., on Monday, October 28, 2024, at Fairview Cemetery, located at 1409 Highway 95 North, Bastrop, Texas 78602.  Close family and friends serving as Pallbearers are Michael Visage, Thomas Parker, Patrick Aruck; honorary pallbearers are Austin Rodgers, Ethan and Liam Parker.
