Norman Randal Sharp

Norman “Randy” Sharp, 56, of Bastrop, passed away on April 15, 2020.

Norman was born in Bakersfield, California to Norman L. and Verla Jean (Miller) Sharp on September 12, 1963.

He retired as a peace officer in the state of California after 15 plus years of service. After retirement he became an inspector for Bastrop County in the Environmental & Services Department. Norman served in the U.S. Navy.

He enjoyed kayaking, socializing with friends, family and mostly enjoyed life.

Norman is survived by his mother, Verla Sharp and two sisters: Dana Sharp and Dawn Patrick.

He is preceded in death by his father, Norman L. Sharp.

Private services will be held.
