Nancy Marie Mcadams

Nancy Marie McAdams was born on October 12, 1966, to Oran Lee and Ilene McAdams. She passed away at her Cedar Creek home on March 31, 2022.

Nancy spent several years as a medical transcriptionist and later owned a maid service in the Cedar Creek and Bastrop areas. She was a member of the Cedar Valley Baptist Church.

Nancy is survived by her former husband and best friend, Gordon Darst, and her daughter Tessa Darst. She is also survived by her mother, Ilene McAdams; sisters Shirley Cearley, Pat Holland, Kathy Stenson (Larry), Jo Shell (Turner), and brother Ronnie McAdams along with some close friends.

She is preceded in death by her son Tobias Wayne Darst and her father Oran McAdams.

Services will be held at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 4, 2022, with the visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. Burial will then be at 2:00 p.m. in Walnut Creek Baptist Church Cemetery , 12062 N. Lamar Blvd.., Austin, TX.
