Melinda Davila Hairston

Melinda Davila Hairston was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world suddenly on November 17, 2023 at age 61. Melinda was preceded in death by her parents Manuel & Gloria Davila. She is survived by son Jeremy Tucker and daughter-in-law Susie Tucker of Bastrop, TX; son Scott Tucker and daughter-in-law Priscilla Bohot of Winchester, TX; son Connor Hairston of Austin, TX; and grandchildren Jack Tucker, Julia Tucker, and Beau Tucker. As well as many other family members and friends. She had a beautiful smile, and a fun loving sense of humor. She always knew how to get a laugh out of her family and friends. She loved her sons and grandchildren fiercely, and will be greatly missed by them. A memorial and celebration of life will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Rockne, Texas at a future date.

A Memorial Celebration of Life for Melinda Hairston will be held Friday, January 5, 2024, 10:30 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Reception will follow at the church hall.
