Mary Morrinne Veigel

February 14, 1926 — March 6, 2019

Christ Jesus came for Mary Morinne Hill Veigel on March 6, 2019.

She was born in Austin, Texas on February 14th, 1926 to Claude and Callie Hill.

Her childhood was spent in Austin, where she attended Stephen F. Austin High School and the University of Texas.  She later graduated from Texas Woman's University and taught at elementary schools in Plano and McKinney Texas.

She is now with the love of her life, Edward John Veigel.  It is very possible that they are dancing a waltz.

Mary is survived by one sibling, Nancy Jo Benner, and her children Sandy Walthall, Patty Boles, David Veigel, and Paul Veigel.

Her legacy lives on through her grand children Helaena Ferrell, Shelly Koehler, Sharon Holt, and John Boles, as well as her great grandchildren, Tyler Ferrell, Natalie Pineda, Maci Johnson,  Lauren Barney, Brianna Koehler, Ethan Holt, Ava Boles, and Shane Boles, and her great-great grandchildren Brayden Johnson, Rylee Johnson, Waylon Johnson, Dominic Pineda, and Damian Pineda.

Her "graduation" into Heaven will be celebrated on Friday, April 19th, 2019, at the Cedar Creek United Methodist Church Chapel in Cedar Creek, Texas at 2:00 in the afternoon.

In leiu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cedar Creek United Methodist Church, Cedar Creek United Methodist Childcare, St. Peter's Episcopal Church of McKinney, Texas, or Holy Family School of McKinney, Texas.
