Louis Scot Preston

Louis Scot Preston, age 55, passed away suddenly on Saturday, August 18, 2018 in Bastrop, Texas. Louis was born in Brownfield, Texas, on October 21, 1962 to Lyman Eugene Preston and Margaret Louise Moore Preston. On March 2, 2013 Louis Preston and Leah Hall were married. Louis worked for IST/Skinny IT as a Field Technician for 10 years and then was promoted to Region 5 Manager. His hobbies included NASCAR, spending time with family and friends, and decorating for the holidays, especially Halloween where he was always thinking of great ways to scare us. He is preceded in death by his father Lyman Preston; and his mother in-law Shirley Graham. Louis is survived by his wife of 5 years Leah Hall-Preston; mother Margaret Preston; father in-law Larry Graham; sisters Lori Perez and Jana Preston; brother Todd Preston; son Brannon Preston and daughter in-law Brianna Preston; son David Hall; daughters Danielle Hall and Cheyenne Consford; grandsons Gavin, Brayden, and Gunner Preston; and granddaughter Roselynn Wachsmann. He also leaves behind numerous Nephews and Nieces. Visitation will be held 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M., Wednesday, August 22, 2018, Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held 2:00 P.M., Thursday, August 23, 2018, Bastrop Providence Funeral Home Chapel.
