Kathy Holliday, 70, of Bastrop, Texas, passed away on the 26 th of November in Austin, Texas.
Kathy Holliday was born in Bastrop to Verlin and Roberta Hemphill on July 2 nd of 1952. She went to school at Bastrop High School. She married Clifton Holliday on February 27 th 1970 in Bastrop, Texas.
She worked as secretary for Bastrop County District Clerks Office. She was a Sunday School teacher for 2–3-year-olds for a number of years with her mother Roberta Hemphill at First Baptist Church of Bastrop and then later on served as a greeter at First Assembly of God of Bastrop
Kathy enjoyed showing her miniature horses and her cats.
Kathy is survived by her husband Clifton Holliday, her two daughters Kimberly Holliday and Kendra Holliday, her sister Delores Hanna and brother-in-law Jimmy Hanna of Red Rock and her niece Gayle Hanna and nephew James Hanna Jr. of Red Rock.
She is preceded in death by Roberta Hemphill and Verlin Hemphill.
Burial will be held at 11:00 am at High Grove Cemetery 967 High Grove Rd, Cedar Creek, TX 78612
