José David Gómez-Ramírez

José David Gómez-Ramírez, amado hijo, hermano y amigo, nació el 11 de octubre de 2004 en Austin, Texas. Falleció trágicamente de manera inesperada el 19 de enero de 2025, dejando un profundo vacío en las vidas de quienes lo conocieron y amaron.

En el momento de su fallecimiento, José era un estudiante dedicado en Universal Technical Institute, donde se esforzaba diligentemente por seguir una carrera como mecánico diésel. A José le sobreviven su padre, José Gómez, y su madre, María Ramírez Vargas. Los servicios de velatorio de José se llevarán a cabo el 30 de enero de 2025, de 4:00 p. m. a 8:00 p. m. en Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, ubicada en 2079 Highway 71 East, Bastrop, TX 78602. El rezo del Santo Rosario comenzará a las 7:00 p. m. el mismo día. La misa en celebración de su vida se llevará a cabo el 31 de enero de 2025, a las 10:00 a. m. en Ascension Catholic Church, ubicada en 804 Pine Street, Bastrop, TX 78602.

Jose David Gomez-Ramirez, beloved son, brother, and friend, was born on October 11, 2004, in Austin, Texas. He tragically passed away unexpectedly on January 19, 2025, leaving a profound void in the lives of those who knew and loved him.

At the time of his passing, Jose was a dedicated student at Universal Technical Institute, where he was diligently pursuing a career as a diesel mechanic. His passion for learning and commitment to his education were evident to all who had the privilege of witnessing his journey.

Jose is survived by his father, Jose Gomez, and his mother, Maria Ramirez Vargas. He also leaves behind his brothers, Leonardo, Angel, Isaac, and Israel Gomez, each of whom cherished their time with him and will carry his memory close to their hearts. He will also be remembered by his grandfather, uncles and aunts.

Throughout his young life, Jose was known for his warmth, kindness, and infectious smile that could light up any room. He touched the lives of many with his genuine spirit and was a source of joy and inspiration to his family and friends.

Visitation services for Jose will be held on January 30, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, located at 2079 Highway 71 East, Bastrop, TX 78602. The Recitation of the Holy Rosary will begin at 7:00 PM on the same day. The Mass celebrating his life will take place on January 31, 2025, at 10:00 AM at Ascension Catholic Church, located at 804 Pine Street, Bastrop, TX 78602.

Jose David Gomez-Ramirez will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. His legacy of love, laughter, and dedication to his family will forever remain in their hearts.
