John Gerace Iii

John Gerace III passed away on August 5, 2018 at his home in Red Rock, Texas. He was born on November 28, 1956 in Bronx, New York to mother Grace Gerace, and father John Gerace Jr. He was the eldest of 6 children and graduated from Bellaire High School in Bellaire, TX. John was an entrepreneur and self employed for much of his life, he enjoyed riding motorcycles, flying, sailing, and had a passion for cooking, studying many subjects, and writing. He loved and was proud of his large family. He enjoyed to joke, laugh, and debate with his many friends and fellow group members as well.  He is survived by his wife of 42 years Joy Gerace; son John Gerace IV; daughters Jennifer Frederick, Sarah Mayes and husband Lee Mayes, Lisa Campbell and husband Justin Campbell; grandchildren Patricia Parker, John Gerace V, Ashleigh Parker, Timothy Parker, Timothy Graham, Kaylie Frederick, Alexis Gerace, Nylan Cohen, Emma Martin, Katelyn Mayes, Evelyn Martin, Aubrey Mayes, and Savannah Gerace; great-grandson Ashton Vickery; mother Grace Gerace; brothers James Gerace, Paul Gerace; sisters Mary Stevenson, and Barbara Robinson; as well as numerous Nieces, Nephews, and extended family. He is preceded in death by his father John Gerace Jr; sister Christine Becker; Grandparents; Niece,and Nephew. Following the service the family will be hosting a lunch at 201 Pine Valley Drive, Paige TX 78659
