Joe Everett Moran

Joe Everett Moran, 86, of Austin, Texas passed away on Wednesday, May 19,2021 in Pflugerville, Texas.

Joe Everett Moran was born in Austin, Texas to Fred and Mary Moran on November 4, 1934. He was married to Rosie Mae Cordell from 1953-1968. They had 6 sons: Joe, Charles, Keith, Darryl, Bobby, Virgil; stepdaughters, Linda, Lisa and Felicia. Later in life married Molly Elizabeth Moran.

He was a retired truck driver; which he had done for all his life. He enjoyed barbequing, and spending time with his family, which he loved so very much. He loved telling stories of old times he would have.

Joe Everett Moran is survived by sons: Joe and wife, Bitsy; Charles and wife, Cassandra; Darryl and wife, Lynn; Bobby and wife, Vickie; Virgil and wife, Trisha; stepdaughters, Linda and husband, Cody; Lisa and Felicia; brothers, Ernie and Johnny Moran; 32 grandchildren; 69 great grandchildren and 19 great great grandchildren.

Joe Everett Moran is preceded in death by wife, Molly Elizabeth Moran; son, Keith Moran; parents, Fred and Mary Moran; brother, Liffie Moran and granddaughter, Natalie Buckhorn.

A special thank you to his great granddaughter Jessica and great grandson Dustin for all the love and care they gave him the 6 years he lived with them. It meant so very much to him!

Visitation will take place Wednesday, May 26,2021 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Haynie Chapel Cemetery.
