Jack Bruce Adams Jr.

Jack B. Adams Jr., 68, of Bastrop, Texas passed away on Monday, July 13, 2020.

Jack Adams Jr. was born in Houston, Texas to Jack Bruce Adams and Maxine Elisabeth (Levy) on December 4, 1951. Jack attended school in Houston, Texas. He then went on to marry the love of his life, Cynthia L. Bellview on July 28, 1973 in Texas City, Texas. Jack worked as a longshoreman in Galveston. Then went into printing for many years. His last was with Wind River Press for 20 years.
Cynthia called her husband ‘Ja’. He was her soul mate and best friend for 47 years, and she will miss him with all of her heart. Jack loved his family, and nieces and nephews. Jack and Cynthia have neighbors that are like. He was a friend to all and cared deeply for everyone. He loved the outdoors, fishing, and hunting and loved playing his guitar. He loved riding his motorcycles with his wife and friends. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jack is survived by his wife of 47 years, Cynthia Adams (Bellview); son, Jason and his wife, Virginia Adams of Sumter, South Carolina; brothers: Max Adams and 3 children, Ken and wife Carol Glawson and 3 children, Bobbie Glawson and 2 children. Jack’s beloved grandchildren: Thomas Marshall Adams of Virginia; Jason Garrett Adams Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina and Heaven Leigh Adams of Sumter, South Carolina; brothers-in-law: Kelly and wife, Donna Bellview and 2 children; Pat and wife, Karen Bellview one child and 2 stepchildren and Dennis Bellview and two children.

Jack was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Robert Adams.

The Adams Family would like to acknowledge their good friend/family Lora Maldonado, who has been Jack and Cynthia’s best friend for 37 years and has always been an important of our life.
