Israel Morales Martinez of Cedar Creek, Texas passed away on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the age of 23. He was born on April 13, 1994 in Laredo, Mexico to Enriqueta Martinez & Palemon Villegas. Israel was a graduate of Genesis High School and worked at Floor Tile. He was married to Natalie Morales. Israel enjoyed going to work, liked to dance and make people smile. He was always helping others and doing an amazing job at helping to raise his children. He is survived by his wife, Natalie; his 2 children, Reyna and Lorenzo; parents Enriqueta Martinez & Palemon Villegas; brothers and sisters: Elizabeth Gonzalez, Evangelina Gonzalez, Juan Martinez, Luis Martinez, Enriqueta Vazquez, Jose Villegas and Maria Villegas; and many friends and co-workers. Visitation will be 10:00am-5:00pm, with Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 3:00pm, Wednesday, September 20, 2017, Bastrop Providence Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral Mass will be 10:00am, Thursday, September 21, 2017, Ascension Catholic Church, Bastrop, Texas.  Interment will follow at Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery.
