He is survived by his wife, Lisa Garcia; children: Ignacio Garcia, Erica Garcia and Alyssa Garcia; stepchildren: Kristi Maldonado, Marisa Maldonado, Sofie Maldonado, Zachary Maldonado and Thomas Maldonado Jr.; parents, David and Margarita Pena; sisters: Rosemarie Macias, Pauline Garcia and Rebecca Garcia; brothers: Bobby Cervantez, Michael Cervantez and Rudy Garcia; grandchildren: Aubree and Isabelle; 9 step grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
