Hoa Thuy Stephens passed away peacefully on November 2, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication. She was a loving and beautiful sister, cherished by her younger brother, Samuel G. Stephens.
Hoa was preceded in death by her stepfather, James T. Stephens, and her beloved mother, Lan T. Stephens.
A hardworking and respected entrepreneur, Hoa was the proprietor of Town House Liquors, where she touched the lives of many with her kindness and dedication. She also spent many years working in restaurants and hotels, where she was known for her strong work ethic and dedication.
Hoa had a strong, independent nature and was honest to a fault. Her determination left a lasting impression on those who knew her. As Proverbs 31:25 reminds us, "She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come." Her unwavering spirit reflected this truth, inspiring those around her.
In her life and work, Hoa embodied the words of Colossians 3:23: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters." Her commitment to her family, career, and community was a testament to her faith and determination.
She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. As we grieve her loss, we find comfort in Jesus' words from John 14:27: "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
