Guillermo Teran Meraz

Guillermo Teran Meraz, 55, of Bastrop passed away on June 20, 2019.

Guillermo was born in Mexico on January 7, 1964, the son of Ambrocio Meraz Sr. and Aura Teran (Rivera) Meraz. His met the love of his life, Angelina M. Perez having twenty-eight loving years together.

He enjoyed his job in the construction business working along side his family. He loved the outdoors and spent much time in his garden and yard, planting and tending to his vegetables, plants, trees and grass.

His chickens were his passion. Most of all Guillermo loved spending time with his family and close friends.

He is survived by his wife, Angelina Perez; two stepsons: Jesse Montez Jr. and Juan S .Montez; one step daughter, Elicia Montez; ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren; brothers: Cesar Meraz; Enoscain Meraz; Ambrocio Meraz; Jorge Meraz Sr.;Gelacio Meraz Sr.; Concepcion Lopez; sisters: Diosemina Meraz; Magdalena Meraz; Virginia Meraz and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Israel Meraz.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. till 7:00 p.m., with Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. at the Bastrop Providence Funeral Home in Bastrop, TX.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, 2079 Hwy 71 E., Bastrop, Texas with interment following services at Fairview Cemetery in Bastrop, TX.
