Edward Manuel Crowell

Edward Manuel Crowell, 59, of Austin Tx, passed away on March 7, 2022, in Austin, Tx.

Edward was born in Elgin, Tx to Jim L. Crowell Sr. and Jesusita Ayala. He went to school at Bastrop High School in Bastrop, Tx. He worked as a laborer in construction for a number of years.

He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed attending and volunteering for his church. He enjoyed going fishing, shooting pool, and taking trips.

Edward is survived by his children Isiah Tyler and Destiny Blanding, his brothers Richard Crowell, John (Evelyn) Crowell, his sister Jesusita (John) Hernandez, several nieces and nephews and a host of cousins.

Edward is preceded in death by his parents Jim L. Crowell Sr. and Jesusita Ayala, his brothers Joe Charles Crowell, Jim L. Crowell Jr., and his sister Alice Marie Crowell.

Visitation will be held from 2pm-6pm, Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held at 12pm, Monday, March 14, 2022, at Greater Mt. Zion Church 4301 Tannehill Ln, Austin, TX 78721.

Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery 178 Oak Hill Cemetery Road in Bastrop County, Tx.
