Doris Ingram, of Bastrop, Texas was born in Bastrop, on October 13,1945. Doris peacefully departed this world at the age of 76 on February 5, 2022; surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her parents Herman and Emma Bartsch, her Brother Floyd Bartsch and her sister Lois Turanyi. She is survived by her husband Jerry Ingram, son Clay Ingram and his wife Laurie, Grandchildren Chandler and Caitlyn Ingram, her sister Sue Gurka and her husband James; and numerous nieces and nephews. Doris graduated in 1964 from Bastrop High School and married Jerry on February 20 th , 1966 and they were happily married for 56 years. She worked in Austin for a short period, then at a local bank until she was recruited to First National Bank of Bastrop where she worked for 30 years until retirement. She had a long, full life and enjoyed cruising with her family, gambling, and her Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Tuesday February 8 th from 5:30-7:00 p.m. with a Rosary following at Providence Funeral Home in Bastrop. Mass will be held at Ascension Catholic Church, Bastrop, Texas at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday February 9 th. The internment will be at High Grove Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Jude or Texas Masonic Charities Foundation.
