Don Ilse Fellers

Don Ilse Fellers, 81, of Cedar Creek, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, surrounded by his loving
children. He was born June 7, 1940, in Cuero, Texas, to the late Sam G. and Vera Wheeler Fellers.

On December 15, 1962, he married the love of his life, Alice Jean Coleman and spent 53 wonderful years
together. He enjoyed travelling and camping with his family and friends.
Don was a hard working dedicated family man. He retired as a welder supervisor for Mechanical
Technical Services.

Don is survived by his son, Ronald Fellers and wife, Margaret of Austin; two daughters; Donna Alford and
husband, Greg of Cedar Creek; Mary Harmon of Bastrop. Grandchildren, Joshua Fellers, Charlotte
Fellers, Ariel Alford, Jake Alford, Chloe Alford, Michael Fellers and Seth Harmon; brother, Thomas Leon
Fellers and wife, Dorothy of Cuero.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ruby Lea Swaing, Mary Lea Norton and Evelyn Scheel;
brothers, Louis D. Fellers, Ellis H. Fellers, George Henry Fellers and granddaughter, Sarah Fellers.

Visitation will be at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 11:30 am. A
graveside service will follow at 1:30 pm at Fairview Cemetery with Pastor Terry Post officiating.
Interment will follow.
