David William Longshore

David Longshore, 58, of Smithville, Texas, passed away on 10/22/2020 in Smithville, Texas.

David was born in San Jose, California to the late William and Rose (Hilford) Longshore on 4/16/1962. He married Sharon (Kana) on 10/20/1990 in Houston, Texas.

He was a jack of all trades with many talents. He enjoyed camping, music, BBQing, cooking, and his fur babies.

David is survived by wife, Sharon Longshore of Smithville, Sister, Carrie Longshore Dittert of Corpus Christi, Father In-Law, Frank Kana of Smithville, Brother In-Law, David (Wanda) Kana of Katy, Nieces: Samantha, Cassie, and Cortni , Nephews: Lawrence, James, Christopher, and Cameron Great Nieces: Kaydence, Kylie, Kolbi, Roula, Maggie, and Sara Great Nephews: Casey, Denver, and Charlie-Ray.

Davis is preceded in death by his Parents, William and Rose Longshore, Mother In-Law, Emily Kana, Brother In-Law Larry Kana, Nephew, Raymund Kana.

David was a kind and gentle man. He would go out of his way to helpers and do anything for a friend in need. He will be greatly missed, and the world will be a little dimmer with him gone.
