Clifton H. Glass, 82 of Bastrop, TX passed away on January 21, 2024 in Bastrop.

Clifton H. Glass was born in Austin, Texas to Nellie Smith and Henry Harrison Glass. He went to school in Austin and married Vila M. Glass on February 28, 1982 in Austin Texas. Clifton H. Glass worked as a meat cutter with various stores, such as Safeway, Kroger's, and Albertsons approximately 45 years.

Clifton Loved to spend his free time fishing and hunting near his local hot spots.

Clifton Glass is survived by (spouse) Vila M. Glass, children: Daniel Glass, Dana Rainey (Michael Rainey), Scott Bailey (Jessica Bailey), Clifton H. Glass Jr., Bryant Glass and Bradley Glass, Sisters; Dora Ann Stark, Janie Walton (Gary Walton), and his grandchildren; Karen Meier, Sara Wurz (Rayce Wurz), Wade Meier (Amber Meier), Miranda Rainey, Chase Rainey and Shane Bailey and many great grandchildren.

Clifton H. Glass is preceded in death by his daughter Lori Wolverton.

Their will be a lay-in-state for Clifton Monday, January 29, 2024 from 9 AM to 5 PM Where all are welcome to come by and pay their respects.
