Chelsea Marie Rawlings

Chelsea Marie Rawlings, 32, of Bastrop, Texas, passed away on August 7, 2020 in Bastrop.

Chelsea was born in Rochester, Minnesota to Kenton Bierbrodt and Pamela Pell on April 12, 1988. She went to school in Marshalltown, Iowa and graduated from Marshalltown High School, Class of 2006.  She married her high school sweetheart, Shane Rawlings, on September 24, 2007.

She worked as a realtor and property manager for over five years. She was also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) representing children in court.  She was also a home health aide, taking care of the elderly.

Chelsea enjoyed many outdoor activities including hiking and tubing on the river. Her favorite hobbies and interests included reading, travelling, and making homemade candles and soaps.  She loved spending time with their two children, playing board games and playing basketball in the driveway. She loved Nascar, music, she loved to sing, dance and even rap.

Chelsea is survived by her husband Shane, and her two children, Xander and Connor Rawlings, her brother, Joseph Reiser , her sister, Elya Reiser, fathers, Kenton and David Beirbrodt-Reiser and mother, Pamela Pell.

Visitation will be at the Bastrop Providence Funeral Home on Friday, August 21, 2020, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and her memorial service will immediately follow.

Per Chelsea’s wishes, there will be no burial and her ashes will be scattered by her family at a later date.
