Carl Felix Parks

Carl Felix Parks, 68 years old, of Bastrop, Texas passed away on February 13, 2021.

Carl was born in Edinburg, Texas to Willie Lee and Carlyne Parks on March 25, 1952. He married Barbara on November 7, 1970. They just celebrated their 50th anniversary.

He enjoyed spending time with his large family and his three little dogs, as he called them. He enjoyed being outside in the yard watering his fruit and pecan trees while admiring the pine trees.

Carl is survived by his wife, Barbara, daughter and son-in-law: Katrina and Raymond Reyes, daughters: Carla Parks, Patricia Parks and Sara Parks, sisters: Laverne Miller, Linda Reed and Karen Tarbert, 9 grandchildren: Bryan, Raelyn and Maegan Reyes, Nicholas, Sydney and Makenzie Nieto-Parks, Trinity and Macoy Butler, and Cassidy Parks.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents Willie Lee and Carlyne Parks, his brother Bill “Butch” Parks and granddaughter Bailey Butler.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
