Billie Jackson

Billie Austin Jackson, 88, of Bastrop passed away on Friday, April 2, 2021. Billie was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas on October 28, 1932. He married the love of his life Joyce Jackson on December 22, 1954. He graduated Columbia College with two degrees. He worked as a soldier and a recruiter for the Army for 28 years. He had a very prosperous career as a Master Sergeant in the military. He was very involved in taking care of his family. He was a master mason and was a 32 ^nd degree. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, kids, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Billie is preceded in death by Joyce Jackson and Ruby Foulger.

Billie is survived by his children Chris and Debbie, Keith and Laura, Linda and Billy and Sharon. His grandchildren Marchelle Marie, Wyatt, Maddison, Molly, Ayden, Amanda, and Gabby. Keith Jr., Ann, Brian, Scott, and Walter. His great grandchildren Amberlie, Emmy, Jackson, Addie, Kris, Chloe, Kayden, Aaden, Austin, Alexis, and Bella.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home located at 2079 Hwy 71 E. Bastrop, Tx 78602.

The family of Billie wishes to extend our sincere thanks to Rusty Cook, Mike and Linda Walker and countless others who made his last days peaceful.
