Anthony Zernicek

Emil “Anthony” Zernicek, 54, of Bastrop, Texas, passed away on March 27, 2022, in Bastrop.

Anthony was born in Galveston, Texas to Emil Zernicek and Mary Fee on October 22, 1967.

Anthony is survived by his “favorite” (aka ONLY) daughter and son-in-law Leslie and Jack Green; the loves of his life, his granddaughters Madison, Jaquelynn, and Emilynn; sisters Irene (Steven) Davis, Amy (Felipe) Negron, and Amy Theresa; Aunt Louise; and his nieces and nephews.

Anthony is proceeded in death by his father and stepmom, Emil and Karen Zernicek and mother, Mary Fee Krc.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on May 14, 2022, at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church in Houston, Texas.
