Adan Serrano, 65, Cedar Creek, TX, passed away on the 5 ^th of October, 2021 in Austin, TX.

Adan Serrano was born in Los Hornitos, Huetamo, Michoacan on 19 ^th of December 1955 raised by his mother Concepcion “Consa” Borja. He worked in the construction industry for 40+ years. During his retirement he enjoyed his passion in gardening, fishing, tending to his livestock, and enjoying his time with his grandchildren. Adan was a loving father, hard working man, that enjoyed his fare share of tacos. Adan always had a smile that lit up the room where ever he went.

Adan Serrano is survived by his children of 13, Maria “Rosario”, Juan, Armida, Adan, Griselda, Rigoberto, Abraham, Karen, Adan, Rogelio, Carina, Edgar, and Demesio Serrano. Grandchildren of 27, Great-grandchildren of 5, and partner Carmen Lozano

Visitation will be held on 14 ^th -15 ^th of October, 2021 from 04:00 P.M.- 08:00 P.M. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 Hwy. 71 Bastrop, TX, 78602).

Rosary will be held on 15 ^th of October, 2021 from 06:30 P.M- 07:30 P.M at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 Hwy. 71 Bastrop, TX, 78602).

Funeral services will be held on 16 ^th of October, 2021 from 10:00 A.M at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 Hwy. 71 Bastrop, TX, 78602). Burial will follow at Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery (1467 Hwy. 21, Cedar Creek, TX, 78612)

Adán Serrano nació en Huetamo, Michoacán en Los Hornitos el 19 de diciembre de 1955 criado por su madre Concepción “Consa” Borja. Trabajó en la industria de la construcción durante más de 40 años. Durante su jubilación disfrutó de su pasión por la jardinería, la pesca, el cuidado de su ganado y el tiempo que pasaba con sus nietos. Adán era un padre cariñoso, un hombre trabajador, que disfrutaba unos buenos tacos. Adán siempre tenía una sonrisa que iluminaba el lugar donde quiera que estaba.

Adan Serrano le sobreviven sus 13 hijos, María “Rosario”, Juan, Armida, Adan, Griselda, Rigoberto, Abraham, Karen, Adan, Rogelio, Carina, Edgar y Demesio Serrano. Con 27 nietos, 5 bisnietos, y pareja Carmen Lozano.

El velorio se llevará a cabo del 14 al 15 de octubre de 2021 de 04:00 p.m. a 08:00 p.m. en Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 Hwy. 71 Bastrop, TX, 78602).

El rosario se llevará a cabo el 15 de octubre de 2021 de 06:30 p.m. a 07:30 p.m. en Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 Hwy.71 Bastrop, TX, 78602).

Los servicios funerarios se llevarán a cabo el 16 de octubre de 2021 a partir de las 10:00 a.m. en Bastrop Providence Funeral Home (2079 Hwy.71 Bastrop, TX, 78602). Seguirá el entierro en Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery (1467 Hwy.21, Cedar Creek, TX, 78612)
