Devon Richard Holter

Devon Richard Holter, 21, of Bastrop, TX., passed away March 5, 2017. He was born April 25, 1995 in Warren, Michigan. He grew up in Rockne, TX., Costa Rica, and Bastrop, TX., graduating in 2013 from Cedar Creek High School in Bastrop, TX. Devon was an avid online gamer and was employed as a stocker at Buc-ee’s in Bastrop, TX. He will be remembered as a young man with a heart of gold, ready to help anyone in need. Devon is survived by his parents William and Kathryn Holter, his brother Jason Alfaro and wife Amanda and their son Brayden, and his sister Heather Theisen. He also leaves his maternal grandmother, Patricia Horn, and his maternal grandfather Donald Horn and his wife Betty. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 11 at Providence Funeral Home located at: 2079 Highway 71 East, Bastrop, TX 78602.
