Laurie Brummet Harris 48, of Bastrop passed away December 31, 2016. Laurie was born March 6, 1968 in Leander, Texas. She is preceded in death by her father Wayne Brummet. Laurie is survived by her husband Matthew Harris; mother and stepfather Nelda and Leon Hall; sons Jacob Smith, and Matthew Smith; daughter Cassey Marburger; stepdaughters Sherry Dawn Harris, Stephanie Mathis; granddaughter Hailey Marburger; grandson Lukus Riddier; step grandsons Kenny & Brent Mathis; brother Eddie Cantwell; and sister Debra Calk. Visitation will be held 6:00 – 8:00 P.M. Friday, January 06, 2017 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 07, 2017 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home with Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery in Bastrop, Texas.
