Linda Sue Ray Dougherty

Linda Sue Dougherty, 69, was called home on April 16, 2016. She was born in Austin, Texas on September 14, 1946. She is preceded in death by her father Howard, her mother Dorothy and her brother-in-law Jerry Goldstein and her son-in-law Joseph Rios. Linda is survived by her husband of 45 years, Bobby Dougherty, her three children, Eddie Cunningham (Jessie); Sandra Rios and Bobby Ellis Dougherty (Amber), nine grandkids; Devin Cunningham, Matthew Cunningham, Melynn Cunningham, Sarah Rios, Joseph Rios, Renee Dougherty, Eddie Thomas Chapa, Judy Chapa and adopted grandson Tommy Soto, four great-grandkids; Fabian Rios, Savio Gomez Rios, Kylie Unique Ridley and Abriella Anahi Flores. She is also survived by her sister Kathy Goldstein and three nieces Jerri Lee Goldstein (Mike); Traci Perkins (Jason); and Kelli Krauser (Huey). Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 19, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM at the Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 and then at the VFW Hall in Rockne.
