Floyd Winifred Bartsch

Floyd Bartsch, of Cedar Creek, Texas was born in Bastrop, Texas January 11, 1937. Floyd departed this world at the age of 79 on March 10, 2016; at his home peacefully in his sleep. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Bartsch; parents Herman and Emma Bartsch, Daughter Sherry Culp, Grandson John Sugg and Sister Lois Turanyi. He is survived by his Granddaughter Ashley Bider and husband Austin, son-in-law J. D. Sugg; Sisters Doris and husband Jerry Ingram; Sue and James Gurka and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00pm Friday, March 11, 2016, Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be at 7:00pm at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30am Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rockne. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
