Judy Nannette Lynch-Karnes

Judy Lynch-Karnes passed away on December 26, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She courageously battled cancer and died at the age of 71. She was born on March 18, 1944 in Luling, Texas to her parents Mitchell and Bobbie Ingram. She is survived by her husband Tom Karnes, brother Mitchell Ingram, best friend Eunice Brewer, several children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Judy graduated from Edna High School, and went on to serve in the Navy civil service as an expediter for 30 years where she received several awards for commendable service. She was a proud member of the Rainbow Girls Club where she was able to devote her time and talents to many people. After moving to Bastrop, she and her husband Tom attended The First Baptist Church. The funeral service for Mrs. Judy Karnes will be held on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home, 2079 Highway 71 East. Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 10:45 am followed by the service at 11:00 am, officiated by Dr. Raymond Edge. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Judy's life.
