Frank Alford Nelson

Our beloved Husband and Daddy, Frank Nelson lost his battle with cancer on September 6, 2015. Please join us to celebrate his life and say goodnight. Viewing will be 6:00-8:00pm Friday, September 11, 2015. Celebration of Life Services will be 11:00 am Saturday, September 12, 2015 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Interment will follow at New Red Rock Cemetery. Frank was born January 22, 1950 in Houston, Texas. He is survived by his wife Cheryl Nelson; daughters Stephanie Wood and husband Jerome, and Donna Cooper and husband Richard; grandchildren Frankie, Joseph, Amber, Julia, Cody, and Cheyenne; and great-grandchildren Emily and Skarlet; nephew Don Edward; sister Gail; sister-in-law Ann; future grandson-in-law Luke; and granddaughter-in-law Ariel. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and May Nelson; brother Don Albert; and niece Joann.
