Juanita Dee Moreland

Juanita Dee (Willy) Moreland, age 82, of Bastrop, Texas passed away in her home on July 5, 2015. She was born on August 16, 1932 in Fairbanks, Texas. She is survived by her husband H.B. (Beryl) Moreland, son Lloyd Moreland, brother Jack Willy, son-in-law Eddie Greenwood, 7 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. Juanita was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution for 38 years, a founder of the Bastrop Fine Arts Guild, and an active member of Hills Prairie Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her son Glen Moreland, her daughter Patrice Greenwood, mother Wilma McCabe Willy, father John Brown Willy, sister Rosie Brugier, daughter-in-law Carol Moreland, and many more loved ones. Services will be held at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home including a family visitation Tuesday July 7, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm and a public visitation Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral will be Wednesday July 8, 2015 at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Watterson Cemetery.
