As to Wally’s concerns, a trust fund (#1059906) has been established for our special needs grandson, Elijah Pape, at Frontier Bank 1500 Chestnut St. in Bastrop, Texas and/or Frontier Bank 1213 Hwy 290 in Elgin. Wally has always been concerned that the needs of this special little guy be met after we are gone and this fund has been set up in respect to his concerns.
