Jack Hemphill

HEMPHILL, Jack age 99, rancher, of Red Rock, passed away April 24, 2014 in Lockhart, Texas. Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife of sixty-four years Lorita; an infant son; six brothers; and two sisters. Surviving family are a daughter Jackie Kubena and husband Del of Lockhart; son Tommy Hemphill of Red Rock; five Grandchildren; six Great-Grandchildren; four Great-Great-Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews, and a multitude of dear friends. Services will be held Monday, April 28, 2014, 10:00 A.M. at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. A visitation will be at the same location on Sunday, April 27, 2014, 5:00-7:00 P.M. Burial will be at the New Red Rock Cemetery, Red Rock, Texas. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Building Fund of Bateman Baptist Church, P.O. Box 340, Red Rock, Texas 78662.
