John Alexander

John Wiley Alexander, Jr. of the Hills Prairie and Watterson Communities, passed away on November 29, 2013. He was born July 19, 1924 in San Antonio, Texas to John Wiley and Mary Alexander. He was a veteran of WWII. Following the war he became a rancher in the Bastrop area for the rest of his life. He is survived by his son, Wiley Alexander; and a brother, Emmett Alexander. There will be a visitation at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home from 6-8:00pm on Tuesday, December 3, 2013. Services will be held at the graveside in Upper Cedar Creek Cemetery, Cedar Creek, TX at 10:00am on Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Arrangements are pending.
