Frank Jerome Rainosek, Sr.

Frank J. Rainosek, Sr., age 87, of Bastrop was born February 14, 1926 in Hostyn, TX to George and Vlasta (Krenek) Rainosek. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a ceramic tile contractor and rancher for the rest of his life. He was called from this life on September 21, 2013. He is survived by: his wife, Bernice Rainosek; sons, Mark Rainosek and wife Sheila and Frank Rainosek, Jr.; a granddaughter, Erin Rainosek; and sisters, Claire Vinklarek, Teresa Zuzulka, Marcella Rainosek, and Mary Jacobs. The Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm Tuesday, September 24 in Ascension Catholic Church, Bastrop. The Funeral services are 10am Wednesday at Ascension Catholic Church with burial following in Kovar Catholic Cemetery in Kovar. Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be 7:00pm Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at Ascension Catholic Church. Celebration of Mass will be 10:00am Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at Ascension Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Kovar Catholic Cemetery, Kovar, Texas.
