Susie Mae Nichols

Susie Mae Nichols passed away peacefully, Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at the age of 85. She had a long life. She was born in Alder Branch, Texas to Mathis and Cashie Jackson. She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers Rosco Jackson, and Boyd Jackson; sister Verdie Mae Jackson; son Johnny McKissic; and husbands Jack Nichols and Richard McKissic. She is survived by daughter Carol Nichols; son Jack Nichols Jr.; granddaughter Nicole Forrester; and grandson Jarod Forrester. Memorial Services will be held 1:00 pm Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home.
