David Alan Fox

David Alan Fox, 48, of Cedar Creek, passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. Visitation will be Friday, February 22, from 6:00-8:00 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 on Saturday, February 23 at Foundation Christian Ministries. David was Assistant Fire Chief for Bluebonnet Volunteer Fire Department (Bastrop County ESD1) and was active in several other community service organizations. He received 2 Medals of Valor for life saving actions in the fire service. He is survived by his wife Mary, sons Tyler and Shane, mother Pauline, and a multitude of family and friends.
