Lena Catherine Beck passed from this life on Wednesday, September 5, 2012. She was born in Bastrop County on November 7, 1927 to John B. and Catherine (Bartsch) Goertz. A Rosary will be recited on Sunday evening, September 9, 2012 at 7:00pm at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Rockne, TX. A Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am Monday, September 10, 2012 also at the church. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
