Gladys Juarez Coy

Gladys Juarez Coy, a lifelong resident of Bastrop, died August 10, 2012. Survivors include daughters, Dolores Barron and Esther Coy of Bastrop and Wilma Sosa of San Antonio; a son, Andres Coy Jr. of Bastrop; 13 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Woods of Bastrop, Frances Vera of Lubbock and Nora Galvan of Lorraine; brother, Henry Juarez of Snyder, numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andres, daughter, Betty Arroyo, brothers: Roy, Victor, and Dan Juarez and sisters, Lucille Villarreal, Belle Cervantes and Mary Juarez. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. September 2, at Bastrop Christian Outreach Center, 1096 Hwy. 71W in Bastrop. The family expresses their gratitude to AceraCare, Silver Pines Nursing Center staff, nurses and CNAs’ for their loving care of our mother.
