Virginia Lynn Crocker

Virginia (Ginger) Lynn Crocker March 29, 1946 – April 15, 2012 Ginger Crocker of Bastrop, Texas passed away April 15, 2012 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple. Memorial Services will be held at 6:00 P.M., April 28, 2012 at Bastrop Providence Funeral Home in Bastrop with Pastor Michael Murphy officiating. Ginger was born in Greenville, Texas to Ernest and Maudie Teague Willis on March 29, 1946. She graduated from Greenville High School in 1964. She married Paul Crocker in Greenville on October 29, 1971. They moved from Greenville in 1975 to Humble, Texas where she spent 18 years in health care administration and to Bastrop in 1996. She enjoyed traveling all over the world with Paul because of his job requirements and as tourists. Her favorite pastime was with her grandchildren. During her illness she cherished all the support she got from her family, classmates, and friends and neighbors. Her survivors include her husband of Bastrop, son Brad Millard and wife Karen of Kingwood, Texas, son Brent Millard and wife Karen of Kingwood, Texas, daughter Shelly Kates of Austin and 12 grandchildren Christopher, Trae, Amanda, Lindsey, Kyle, Tori, Miranda, Jace, Michaela, Kourtney, Lainey, Kylie, brother-in-law Floyd Voss, and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kay Voss.
