Crystal Dawn Breeding

Crystal Dawn Breeding was born October 4, 1921 in Red Rock, Texas to Tom and Clara (Watterson) Breeding. She departed this life on July 3, 2011 at the age of 89 years. Miss Breeding attained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas and a Master's Degree from Columbia University in New York and taught at several prestigious colleges and universities in the USA and Australia. She divided her time between her apartment overlooking Central Park in New York and the family home in Bastrop. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held 9:00 a.m. Saturday, July 9, 2011 in the Watterson Cemetery near Bastrop.
